Reviews
Hotel itself is very nice. At night there are many prostitutes along the road leading to the hotel which doesn't give you a good feeling. Hotel service very friendly and helpful. Room was hot because the ac hadn't been switched over from the winter. Traffic noise is terrible since it's right on a major highway.
The services and the room of this hotel are very very good. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, kind assistance. The only cons I could say is the location. It's on the tiburtina and this means you could be stuck in traffic jam present until the night hours. The parking of the hotel is a reserved spot, but it seems there aren't enough rooms for all the customers. If you have to work in the companies around the hotel, that's a perfect solution to stay in Rome!
If you want to avoid car, there are good communications with the metro station, but traffic jam doesn't save bus either, since there is no reserved lane for public transportation.
They gave me room 213, which was a nightmare. Explaining the issues is not an easy task for non English speaker.
The room was way too small for a 4 star hotel. I don’t even understand why they have 4 star rating.
The biggest issue for me was their toilet and within it it’s commode. I simply could not sit straight on the commode. Even when I sat side ways, try doing it and you will understand 😉, I could not stand up without hitting my head or arm to shower door and it’s hook to open the door.
Inside the room the cupboard door was impossible to open completely without moving the chair. And when you moved the chair you could not reach the cupboard. And once you did that, I could not come out without hitting my feet and shins either to bed or chair.
That room is a joke and punishment. Their remaining rooms are ok and they changed the room next day. But my 24 hours in that room were horrible.
Room 213 Not recommended. Also bring your own slippers else you will be walking bare feet as me 😉
Loud, mosquitoes and the staff's English isn't great. Breakfast was some stale patisseries and a yoghurt that had frozen. The restaurant was too busy to accommodate me for dinner, and there is nowhere nearby I could walk to to eat so I went hungry.
Reception booked me a taxi 40 minutes earlier than I asked for, then insisted I'd told them a completely different time. No apology.
Rubbish wifi. Lost almost an hour in our meeting room this morning running around trying to connect.
In my room now and wifi keeps falling over. Now tethered to my mobile for internet access.
Never again.
DREADFUL experience, the worst so far in my whole life, they made those 24 hours such a misery I went home nearly crying.
I had planned to spend my new years eve in this hotel because they had a spa in the premises. Well the only thing I cared about was the Jacuzzi, and the water was cold, it had broken down and none had noticed because they hardly ever used it.
I complained to the hotel reception and to compensate that they kindly offered me to use a room with another broken Jacuzzi!
So basically the hotel booking (which I had to pay on arrival) was basically money down the loo.
The area is extremely bleak (industrial area) where you have to drive half an hour to find an open cafe or pizzeria. Oh in this '4-star' hotel there is no restaurant at any time.
Very nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, free on site parking and good restaurant on site
Hotel is not value for the money they are asking and is absolutely not 4 star ..as well its far away from city center ..Dark Rooms...not cleaned well...very poor breakfast...stuff was ok ..but would not recommend this hotel to anyone !!
